To book a private online session please select the appropriate session (first initial) or (follow-on).  Once you have made your purchase, you will be contacted via email to arrange a mutually suitable day and time for your session.  This session will be held on google meet.  Please ensure that you allow enough space to move.  You may wish to have a mat and cushions for comfort available during your session.
