If you are looking for an overall workout this is the class for you.  Participants learn simple step movements that target the lower body, and improve cardiovascular fitness without jumping, followed by a toning section with small dumbells that targets the upper body including the core.   It’s fun and effective and you will not be disappointed with the results!
