VFIT CLASS AND COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

Payment of classes/courses should be made in full before attending. All live classes are delivered as a course of between 6-8 weeks. There is an option to purchase a drop-in class classes at VFIT. Please note that all classes/courses both live and online are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a class being cancelled your Trainer will provide an alternative date as a make up class or refund you.  No make-up class will be offered if a participant is unable to attend a given class.

Drop In Classes

Drop In classes are at the discretion of the Trainer, who has the right to refuse entry if the class is full.   Please check with the Trainer before attending to avoid disappointment.

Lateness Policy

If the client is late for a Session/Class, it cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. In order to prevent disruptions, please arrive at least five minutes before your live group class is about to start. The Trainer has the right to refuse entry to all late comers. If the Trainer is late, additional time will be added to the PT Session/Class or to subsequent Sessions/Classes.  Please note joining a class late, is at the participants own risk.

Health and Safety

Your Trainer has completed and holds a current certificate for emergency first aid at work approved by the Health and Safety Executive. If your Trainer conducts the Sessions/Classes on your premises you are responsible for providing a safe exercise environment. If it is your first time exercising with VFITnow, please ensure you complete the Health Questionnaire and Waiver Form (https://www.vfitnow.com/parq-waiver-form/). This is so the Trainer has the most up to date information about you, your health and your fitness level in order to provide the best level of training and service for you. If you have any underlying health conditions or you are pregnant, please inform the Trainer, before you participant in any fitness classes either online or live.

General

You understand that in the unlikely event of your Trainer being unable to continue your training, for any reason, you can request a full refund from your Trainer for any unfulfilled Sessions/Classes. The Trainer has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, for example, to be able to offer new services or as required by law. The Trainer will notify you of any change. When such a change(s) is made, if dissatisfied you can cancel this agreement once you have made any payments already due to the Trainer. You are responsible for keeping all your contact information and marketing preferences up to date with the Trainer. In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the Trainer will only do what you ask her to do, or what you have given her permission to do with any personal or sensitive information held about you. Your training may be filmed or pictures taken for marketing purposes. Your participation in a Session/Class means you consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as a Client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
