This amazing class integrates the mindful, flexibility-focused aspects of yoga with the core-strengthening and muscle-toning principles of Pilates, while awakening your nervous system with  somatic movements that banish, pain, tension, stress and anxiety almost immediately.

The result is a comprehensive, full-body workout that promotes physical and mental well-being by focusing on breath control, core stability, and graceful movement awareness.
