This class online class is a clever mixture of yoga and pilates, enabling you to get acquainted with both disciplines in an accessible way.

With the help of simple poses & exercises you develop your strength, flexibility and stability, which contributes to improved posture and an increase in your body awareness.

 

We incorporate the five principles of pilates: precision, centering, control, flow, concentration, as well as the four core principles of Yoga asana practice: stability, strength, space, and mobility  and including breathwork –  that gives you a workout  made in heaven!  This class targets your entire body.    Attention is paid to balance, co-ordination, strength and breathing.

The class is so versatile and is suitable for beginners, but is also popular with people who have experience with yoga and pilates.  After the lesson, you will feel rested and stronger.  The duration of this class is 50 minutes.

 

 

For the class you will need your yoga mat.  All online classes are delivered livestream on google meet.
