What to Expect
Emphasis is given to effective coaching of proper technique and your teacher will observe and support you through your workout. A typical class includes:
- a standing mobility section to prepare the body for movement ;
- a main section of simple moves which targeted specific areas and muscles and may include different bands and balls and floor work for variety and differentiation
- a cooldown section that includes stretch and relaxation.
This class is delivered via livestream using google meet. Once you have purchased your course you will receive a unique link to access your livestream class. All equipment for the first 6 weeks should have been supplied to you prior to booking your course.
