Advanced Pilates & Yoga: Fully Level 4 Pilates Certified specialist and 500-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training graduate (Singapore, 2010/2011).
Clinical Somatics & Direct Lineage: Certified CCET Somatic Movement Teacher (2022) and fully qualified Clinical Somatic Educator (2025), unlocking freedom from chronic pain and stress. To deepen this work, I am currently studying with two educators from the original first generation of Hanna Somatic Education—trained directly by Thomas Hanna himself.
Acupuncture Trained: Integrating precise anatomical understanding and holistic relief techniques directly into client care.
