Fitness Bells Workout FREE Online Session
I am so excited to be offering strength training online. In this free online Fitness Bells class you will be carefully guided through simple but effective exercises with Dumbells and Kettlebells that includes posture and technique training. For this class you will need your mat, a set of dumbells and a kettlebell. You can use water bottles if you do not have any equipment to hand.
This taster session is suitable for everyone and is scheduled for Thursday 23rd January at both 10:00 am and 19:15 am. To register and select your timing click here .
