All I can say is WOW! And I am so bummed I didn’t join Viv’s classes a lot sooner! But let me tell you why:

Firstly, walking into her class, she creates a beautiful and friendly ambiance and community which is so important to me as it’s been very hard to connect in Kijkduin as a working professional commuting to Amsterdam.

Secondly, she really knows what she is doing and she is incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable. I am a big Pilates reformer girl and I love how she incorporates various foam rollers and blocks that completely compensate for its absence. And boy can you feel it, she really knows how to target deep muscles that I have usually only felt due to a reformer.

Thirdly, the price! We all love a deal for our euro! She offers great rates along with individual or group courses that really keep me coming!

I am so excited to attend all of her classes she offers and feel good doing it! Thanks Viv!

The energy, the music and the movements makes me feel plenty, my body and my brain are very thankful to those amazing classes. My favorite ones are 3O5, Pilates, Step and Yoga but I also tried Piloxing and BARE. All of them are fantastic!

As a newcomer to the Hague, I’ve been loving the Body max and conditioning class as well as Piloxing. I love Viv’s energy, instruction and variety that she brings to each class. She helps each student with proper technique. She builds on previous classes or changes things so no one gets bored. It’s been a great way to meet other people as well. She teaches other classes too and you can do drop in of each to find the one that best matches before committing.

I highly recommend working out with Viv at The Hungry Mind. Viv is a fantastic teacher and was very welcoming when I first started after doing very little exercise! My favourites are Piloxing, for a fun cardio workout, and Body Max Conditioning and Sculpt for strength training. Its never boring and I know I am pushed to work harder and reach new goals than if I was working out alone or at a gym. I’m definitely stronger and in better condition than when I started.

Everyday there are different classes on offer; something for everyone, and it’s always a bonus to grab a cappuccino next door at The Hungry Mind cafe right before or after class. Best coffee in The Hague!  Thanks for keeping me motivated Viv! “
