In this amazing class we use both a Kettlebell and a set of dumbbells to provide a workout that is both fun, challenging and varied so you never get bored.   It’s perfect for those who work out at home, travel and are on the road a lot, or beginners who are new to weight lifting. This efficient full body workout  is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.

With a dumbbell, the center of gravity lies in your hand and, with the kettlebell, the center of gravity lies outside of your hand, which means it can change depending on how you’re holding it and moving it so the combination of both enables you to get the best of both worlds with twice the amount of movement patterns that targets your upper and lower body and core, leaving you feel strong, and empowered.   Plus the added bonus of post workout calorie burning after training!.

  • The number of repetitions to do for each set
  • Effective use of your breath

For these classes you will need a kettlebell and a set of dumbbells. (ensure you choose a weight that you can comfortably lift). If these are not to hand you can use filled water bottles.  Also ensure you have water to hand, so you can stay hydrated throughout class.

All classes are delivered via google meet.  Once you have made a purchase you will receive your link to class.  Please ensure you are online 5 minutes before class starts to  allow for welcome and set up.
