This class offers a flowing series of the original 34 mat-based exercises taught by Joseph Pilates, using different equipment each week to challenge you and keep you motivated. This bodyweight class gently conditions your body, builds flexibility, increases your overall strength and improves your balance and co-ordination. You will definitely feel the burn the next day. Your teacher will guide you through the movements using the Pilates principles of precision, control, concentration, centering, flow, breath, – modifications and progressions will be offered through your class. For this class you will need your mat.
