Pilates for A Healthy Back – Beginner Level 2
This class is designed for anyone suffering from text neck, postural kyphosis, and lower back issues. In this class you will work on posture; strengthening the core; removing tension and tightness in the neck, upper back, lower back and hips that can be the main cause of pain in these regions.
In this class you will use a combination of pure pilates, trigger point exercises to release tension in the muscles, and Somatics techniques to help the muscles learn to relax, remove pain and leave you with a strong and healthy back.
Pilates Flow – ONLINE and LIVE at AWC
Pilates flow is a combination of the modified “34” exercises and joint mobility stretches which mean that this class is truly for everyone – it is safe for all ages, stages of life and levels of ability. Pilates Flow increases strength and flexibility but also creates balance and improves body awareness.
