This class focuses on balance training, myofascial release, improving mobility, postural awareness as well as relieves built up tension in stiff muscles while elongating and aligning the spine.
In this class you will use a combination of pure pilates, and trigger point pilates exercises on the foam roller to release tension in the muscles to help the muscles learn to relax, ease pain and leave you with a strong and healthy body.
The class gently conditions your whole body from the wrists to the feet and builds flexibility, increases your overall strength and improves your balance and co-ordination, leaving you feeling lengthen relaxed and ready for the rest of your day.
