Friday Morning Online – Classic LBT and Legs On Fire Workout
This is a fun and very popular lower body workout. Set to uplifting music, the class uses a variety of exercises and tempos to guarantee a great workout. Week one is the classic LBT (Legs Bums and Tums), that is easy to follow and varied to keep you motivated. Week 2 is LBT but slower and more controlled, with Xtra repetitions that bring the fire to those legs. Both classes are suitable for all levels.
