Children are introduced to breathwork, concentration and meditation techniques using lots of fun games and stories.  They learn how to set intention, create their own sequences and explore all the basic asanas.  

They learn how to master then progress the basic poses, and study how these affect and improve their whole body and calm the mind.  They also are exposed to the different styles of yoga, for example ashtanga vinyasa, the Hot yoga sequence, Yin yoga, classic Hatha, Iyengar, Acro yoga and partner work.

This class helps children understand about themselves, increase their focus, confidence and self awareness, build strength, co-ordination and balance, plus its really great fun!  This 6 week course starts 2nd November - 7 December 20.
