JUMP AND BOUNCE (7+ Years)

This is the perfect class for children. Not only is it the best FUN ever!, its packed full of a variety and burns up excess energy fast. These child specific workouts include, games, crazy choreography, HIIT,  and more, all to child friendly music.

In this Class we work on Balance, Co-ordination, Strength Core and Cardio Training. The class is held in the Red Portacabin, and starts at 15:15 – 16:00.

The course is run over  6 weeks at a cost of €60,00 . Non Slip Socks are included in the cost of Course. You will need to wear comfortable clothing suitable for jumping, your non slip socks, and make sure you bring your water bottle with you as we have a lot of jumping to do!
