This is a low impact class, with easy to follow choreography designed to work you heart and lungs for improved cardiovascular fitness .
Using an adjustable step, simple patterns are performed on and off the step. If you’re looking to give your body an all-over tone-up, this is the class for you. We use a range of equipment including light weights, Activiation Bands, and Booty bands, to target the upper and lower body. These exercises boost your metabolism, burn body fat and tone.
The class varies from week to week to keep your body on its toes and ensure you continue to condition your whole body. All levels welcome.
