 An Introduction to Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. 

In this class you will learn the basic poses and sequences, and progress them with experience.  This class builds strength, co-ordination, and balance.  It improves focus and concentration, while giving the body a fantastic workout and a huge feeling of achievement and well being.  Participants will be introduced to elements of the 8 limbs, including  pranayama (breath work), and bandhas (locks).

All levels welcome.
