What Can I Expect?
Expect the unexpected as each class is different so you never get bored. This is ideal for people in a hurry, or who just hate exercising but want to lose the weight and get fit. The class structure is 5 minutes warmup 20 minutes HIIT and 5 minute cooldown.
Do I Need to be Fit?
No this class is for everyone! complete beginners welcome. You start at your own level and challenge yourself. All exercises can be modified so you work at your own pace.
