This yoga class combines the elements of Stretch and Mindfulness to Improve flexibility, balance, coordination, strength and awareness. The pace is slow but flowing and poses are held slightly longer to encourage the use of your breath. This is the perfect class to relax and unwind to ready for the weekend. The class is suited to all levels of fitness.
