BODY MAX – What is BodyMax?

Bodymax is a studio based workout regime where you can workout to music in a controlled and essentially, fitness improving way. Bodymax will tone up and improving your body’s fitness levels and endurance. This class uses dumbells and kettlebells to increase your muscle strength, endurance and fitness.

People from all walks of life choose to attend these conditioning classes primarily to improve health and fitness. With a variety of moves and the music aspect to maintain your motivation levels, the conditioning classes that can offer you the equipment and surroundings that you prefer.

What to Expect from the Class

This is a 45 minute class which includes a warm up, strength based exercising using different techniques and tempos to keep you motivated, and finishes with a stretch. BodyMax is ideal for anyone requiring some low to moderate intensity and impact training and is suitable for all levels of participant.
